01The short version

• Dialed Works has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms.
• It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and sets no cookies.
• Its fonts, images and scripts come from the site itself, not from third parties.
• We do not sell personal information.

02Who is responsible

Dialed LLC runs Dialed Works and decides how any information about you is used. To reach us about it, email legal@dialed.diy or open a ticket in the Dialed Discord.

03What the site's servers see

When you open a page, the servers and network services that deliver it (our hosting and network providers, such as Cloudflare) process technical request data: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. They use it to deliver the page, to keep the site secure and to find faults, and keep it only as long as that needs. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.

04When you request work

Work is requested in the Dialed Discord, not on this website. What you tell us there (your Discord name and ID, a description of your device and what you need, photos, and any delivery details you choose to share) is visible to our staff, and we use it to quote, do and talk to you about the job and to keep a record of it.

We keep it while the job is open and for as long afterwards as we need for follow-up questions and our records. Messages in Discord also live on Discord, under Discord's Privacy Policy.

We only ask for what the job needs. Share delivery details only when you are ready to send a device.

05The Dialed Discord and its bot

Our Discord server runs a bot to keep it going. It keeps what is needed to do that: tickets, bug reports, feedback votes, role choices, beta access entries and moderation actions. Discord's own policy covers what Discord holds. Ask us in a ticket if you want something of yours removed.

The bot also has an AI assistant, run through OpenRouter. When you use /ask or open a ticket, the text of your question is sent to OpenRouter so it can write an answer, and when our staff ask the assistant for a draft reply in a ticket, the recent messages in that ticket are sent too. OpenRouter passes it to an AI model, and free models may be run by other companies under their own terms. Replies can be wrong. Please do not put passwords or private details in a question or a ticket that you would not want shared.

06Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. Our hosting and network providers process what they need to run the site for us. We would disclose information only if the law requires it.

07Your choices and rights

Because the site itself holds almost nothing about you, there is little to manage here. For anything we do hold (for example a Works ticket), email legal@dialed.diy or open a ticket in the Dialed Discord and ask to see, correct or delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as to access, correct, delete or object, and to complain to your data protection authority. We will honor them where they apply.

08Age

Dialed is for people who are 21 or older (or the legal age where you live, if higher). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

09Changes and contact
