Is the bench open?

Not yet. Every job on the rate card is marked Soon.

Requests are logged now, and the jobs people ask for most open first.

How do I request a job?

Run /service request in the Dialed Discord. It's private, so only staff see it.

If you'd rather talk it through first, /ticket open starts a private conversation.

Are the prices final?

No. Prices on the card are starting points. You get the real number for your device before any work starts.

Which devices will you work on?

Focus V, Focus V Carta, Puffco Plus, Puffco Peak and custom glass are the plan. Not seeing yours? Ask anyway.

Will a repair affect my warranty?

It might. A manufacturer's warranty may not cover problems caused by third-party repairs, and we don't control it.

Dialed Works is independent and not affiliated with Focus V or Puffco, so check your coverage before you send anything.

How long will a job take?

The times on the rate card are estimates for once a job opens. Glass work and full restorations take the longest.

A technician keeps you posted in Discord or by DM while your rig is on the bench.
